Thanks for shopping with postcardlelo! Here's everything you need to know about how we get your postcards to you.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and packed within 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During busy periods, such as a new monthly drop, processing may take slightly longer - we'll always aim to keep you updated if so.

Shipping Methods & Costs

We currently ship within India. Shipping costs are calculated as follows:
- Standard shipping: ₹80
- Free shipping on orders above ₹399

Delivery Timeframes

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 5-8 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates provided by our courier partner and are not guaranteed. If your order is delayed for more than 25 days, you can request to cancel the order and we will issue a full refund.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link, so you can follow your package's journey to your door.

Delivery Issues & Delays

Occasionally, delays happen due to courier volume, weather, or regional disruptions outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed or you're concerned about its status, reach out to us at postcardleloshop@gmail.com and we'll look into it with our courier partner.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos.
